98pak Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "98pak," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 98pak platform accessible at https://98pak.club and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 98pak website, mobile-optimised interface, gaming software, payment infrastructure, and all related services made available to registered users.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 98pak Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held in your name on the 98pak Platform, associated with your PKR wallet and gaming activity.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within your 98pak Account, funded by deposits and credited with winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matching bonuses credited to your Account by 98pak under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification process required by 98pak prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, self-exclusion, reality check reminders, and cooling-off periods available within your Account settings.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 98pak Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration and at all times thereafter during use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 98pak, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been subject to a permanent account suspension or ban imposed by 98pak.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not diagnosed with or self-identifying as a problem gambler who has elected self-exclusion from gaming platforms.

98pak reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents upon request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a 98pak Account you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the 98pak Platform. If 98pak identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other means — all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any balances contained therein forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify 98pak immediately via the live chat or support email if you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

98pak is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked at any time to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or government-issued photo identification; proof of residential address dated within 90 days; and evidence of the payment method used to fund your Account. Verification requests must be responded to within 30 days. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within this period may result in suspension of Account activity.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

98pak accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Raast Instant Payment System, 1LINK, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and credited to your PKR Wallet. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing parameters are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your PKR Wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. 98pak does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

4.3 Deposit Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 98pak Account are your own personal funds, derived from legitimate sources, and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. You must not use funds from third-party payment accounts or fund your 98pak Account on behalf of another individual.

4.4 Currency

All balances, wagers, payouts, and bonus amounts on the 98pak Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required or applied for Pakistani users transacting in PKR. This is a core design principle of 98pak and applies throughout the account lifecycle.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested from funds constituting your real-money PKR Wallet balance after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds that remain subject to an active wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is met in full.

5.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. 98pak will not process withdrawal requests from accounts for which satisfactory identity verification has not been completed. This requirement exists to protect all users against unauthorised access and is non-negotiable.

5.3 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit where operationally possible. 98pak reserves the right to request withdrawal via an alternative verified payment method in cases where the original deposit method does not support reverse transactions. Processing times for approved withdrawals are typically 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published within the Account Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice. 98pak reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that occur in patterns inconsistent with normal gaming activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions offered by 98pak are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal of those funds or winnings derived from them is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated explicitly in each offer's terms. Only qualifying game types — as specified per promotion — contribute to wagering requirement progress. 98pak reserves the right to exclude certain games or game categories from wagering requirement contribution at its sole discretion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

98pak employs detection systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically placing low-risk opposing bets across accounts to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting software errors to obtain unintended promotional credits. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus Funds that remain on your Account unclaimed or unused beyond the stated expiry period of the applicable promotion will be automatically removed from your Account balance. 98pak will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 98pak Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, Kalaka Bingo, Monster Plinko, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generation or live-dealer mechanics as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by fair, independently audited processes. The house edge applicable to each game type is published in the Platform's Help section.

7.2 Sports Betting

Cricket betting and all other sports markets on 98pak are subject to the specific Sports Betting Rules published within the Platform's Sports section. Rules governing settlement, voiding, in-play bet acceptance, and push outcomes in individual sports are detailed therein. PSL, international cricket, and other Pakistani sporting events are covered under these rules without exception.

7.3 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or game error that affects the integrity or proper completion of a game round or bet, 98pak reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to your PKR Wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and play. 98pak will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical interruptions beyond the return of the affected stake.

7.4 Bet Acceptance

Bets are accepted at the discretion of 98pak. 98pak reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager placed on the Platform, including but not limited to situations where: a clear pricing error is identified; the bet is placed after an event's outcome has become known; suspicious betting patterns are detected; or applicable limits have been reached.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 98pak Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing hand information in live casino games.
• Exploiting identifiable errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to place bets that would not have been made available had the error not been present.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another individual in evading a suspension by registering on their behalf.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your Account.
• Making unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after wagering deposited funds.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward 98pak staff or other users via any communication channel.

98pak cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigations involving financial crime, fraud, and any other criminal activity identified in connection with Platform activity.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Restriction

The 98pak Platform is strictly for users aged 21 years and above. 98pak implements identity verification procedures specifically designed to prevent access by minors. Any Account found to be held by an individual under 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits refunded to the verified payment method of the account holder or their parent/guardian.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

All registered 98pak users have access to the following tools from within their Account settings panel, effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your PKR Wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net gaming activity at intervals of your choosing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the 98pak Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window regardless of request.

9.3 Our Commitment

98pak will never contact a self-excluded user with promotional material during an active exclusion period. Our support team is trained to refer users to appropriate assistance resources and to process responsible gaming tool activations promptly and without challenge.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 98pak is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on the 98pak Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

98pak collects personal data including but not limited to: registration information, identity verification documents, payment transaction records, gaming activity logs, device identifiers, and communication records. This data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and where you have opted in, to send promotional communications.

98pak will not sell, lease, or disclose your personal data to third parties except where required by law, necessary to process your transactions, or expressly authorised by you. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your 98pak Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money PKR Wallet balance that is not subject to an active wagering requirement will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus Funds and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Termination by 98pak

98pak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; or where continued operation of the Account is determined by 98pak to pose a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In cases of proven fraud or Terms violation, 98pak reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the 98pak Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 98pak, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical malfunction, network interruption, or Platform unavailability.
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security as required under these Terms.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other institution.

98pak's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from a proven breach of these Terms shall not exceed the value of your verified real-money PKR Wallet balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98pak holds its international gaming licence. 98pak operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory framework of that licensing authority.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 98pak arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should in the first instance contact 98pak's customer support team via live chat or the contact email displayed on this site. 98pak commits to investigating all disputes thoroughly and providing a reasoned written response within 10 business days of receiving a complete complaint submission.

13.3 Escalation

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through 98pak's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 98pak's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available from our support team upon request.

14 Amendments to These Terms

98pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 98pak will provide notice to registered users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 98pak Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes by contacting the support team.

The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last substantively revised. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the rules governing your use of 98pak.
